作りがしっかりしているので、当面の間は切れなさそう。これがあるとトレーニングメニューが増やせ、正確なポジションを維持出来ます。

値段安いけど結局鍛えられる

これをやったおかげで体重が１０キロ落ちました

この値段でこれだけいろいろ揃ってれば大満足です。

種類が多すぎるのが唯一の弱点かも⤵まめに交換すれば最高の商品ですが、初心者にはちょっと⤵

場所を選ばずに軽いトレーニングが自分の工夫で幾様にもできる。理想的としては、鏡の前でトレーニングすると身体のバランスを修正しながら出来るので良いと思う。

Here's my review of this bench so far, having only had it for 2 days now.+ Easy to assemble - though Instructions in Japanese only, and omitted to mention the use of the small pin - which I guess, is for locking the angled back of the seat in place. But, common-sense should prevail.+ Packaging can be torn up and disposed of using the plastic bags it came with, during a burnable garbage collection day. Its corrugated cardboard is easy to tear, and only has one set of staples. So no worries about hurting yourself.+ Bench Folds into a small space, and can be lent (stably) against the wall (Width 40 cm x Depth 35cm x Height 83cm - that's my rough relaxed measurements)+ : Lightweight, and smallish in length - good for shorter people, but also stable for heavy persons (I'm a Westerner, short at 168cm, and heavy at 100 Kg - the bench is stable enough for me)+: When seated on the bench I can place my feet flat on the floor. (base of my foot to knee is 54 cm).+ : Foot rest can be moved up and down by 3 lock-in positions. (I have it at the lower most level)+ : There are two hoops at the back stand of the bench which I can only presume are forBands are great, just need to find the right ones. I wrap some "hard" resistance bands around the foot rest for leg extensions, though for leg abduction exercises, you may wish to hold onto the bottom of the seat, or thread a resistance band underneath it to balance yourself - I prefer the latter, since the seat as I mentioned is a bit narrow for my wide rear end.+: You can do floor sit-ups using the foot rest to hold you down, though in my case, only if you place a heavy weight upon the seat. (but it's still a good option - I use 20Kg, though the bench still slides forwards/backwards - I need to find a solution to that, vertical weight on the seat doesn't seem to help, so perhaps I use the hoops at the back to connect to weights... suggestions welcomed ).- : For angled sit-ups (215' / 26') - the lower seat rest (the bit your rear end sits on), is lower than the back rest, and this uneven-ness, could end up being a problem long term. (This is my **only** biggest current No.1 gripe at present, about this bench - it hurts!).- : Foot rest could be wider, as too, the edge of the base of the seat - this is my No. 2 - biggest gripe about this bench, though I have tree-trunk legs, so maybe my needs are different from others... [ I tend to max out Gym Leg press machines :( ]It's manageable though... I'd prefer a 40 cm end to the seat and the same for the foot rest. Ideally, the seller would provide this as an Optional extra without us having to individually directly contact the manufacturer (see below).- : Some stapling on the underside of the seat is uneven, but the two side pins are secured thankfully, unlike the last bench product I purchased, and subsequently returned (different source). The seat base also appears to be strong - though I have not yet tried any exercise that stresses the sides of the bench - however the underside support appears to be closer to the surrounding edges than other benches - so I am hopeful.- : the 4 rubber stands that slide in to the metal legs of the seat, "stink like a polecat", so best soak them in Bleach overnight, and dry out in the sun. This will help a bit, but delays your usage of the bench within a closed room. (I would not recommend using this bench without those rubber stands, as if you move the bench, it will.... scratch the flooring.-: stability wise during exercises was fine - though I have yet to put it under any real stress due to my lack of Safety bars for bench pressing. The declined sit-ups were stable - though rather painful due to the narrowness previously reported - so you can use that, as an example of stability for the bench.- : sweat, the pit-holes within the surface of the material make it a little harder to clean, but at least, it does not seem to allow water/sweat to seep into the foam under the surface. (Time will tell).Overall:This bench, appears to be a safe bet, for working out at home. I've only had it for 2 days, and I've only had a chance to use it once, though my Youngest Son (14) loves it.I delayed for too long on buying a bench, since I couldn't find anything that was "perfect".My ultimate reason for purchasing this particular bench, over others was, "well if they make the same thing over and over again, and in greater numbers, then I guess they have to get the thing right eventually", and I think, they've almost done this with the version I bought... almost.My "only" 2 gripes, as mentioned above are the sole reason why I dropped the rating by 1 point. If you have no intention on doing inclined sit-ups with this bench, then it maybe perfect for you.According to the packaging, this bench is made in China, it's produced by a Company called "Zhe jiang biashite Industry & Trade Co. LTD". You can find them on Alibaba.com.

Overall, the quality is good. However, it doesn't fold that small and there is no where to store one of the pins when it's folded.

フラットタイプからの買い替えで購入！マットレス上に設置して使ってるせいか少し安定感が。。しかし段階調整も楽チンで満足です。

使用には問題なし。最低限の可動範囲はありトレーニング初級者にはお勧めだと思います。
